Our Leadership, Enrichment and Development Team is responsible for core operations across Empower CNY’s academic support and political advocacy programming. The team is competitively selected from across Central New York high schools. Students will be immersed in the operations of Upstate New York’s largest youth-led 501(c)(3) under the supervision of our Board of Directors and community mentors.
